The abundance and availability of food lead to overeating. Even if you keep the calorie intake, some foods can provoke a set of extra pounds and the appearance of many diseases. Everyone knows that sugar is the most used product in the food industry. It is the main provocateur of obesity. But in addition to sugar, you should avoid consuming certain foods that cause colossal harm to your health.

Refined oil.
This type of oil goes through a refining process. Unfortunately, this process requires the use of special chemicals that are not completely removed from the oil. Thus, refining oil contains hazardous chemicals that can build up in your body and cause disease.

Low-fat dairy products.
Fat is a useful substance if consumed within acceptable limits. Eliminating fat harms your hormonal system. Also, manufacturers add sugar to low-fat dairy products to make them taste good.

Juice.

Fruits and vegetables contain many vitamins, but their main value is fiber. The juice contains vitamins and fructose, but there is no fiber in them. Excessive consumption of fructose leads to obesity and diabetes. Also, if you buy juices in bags, it contains sugar and preservatives. These juices are not beneficial to your health.

Sausages.
This type of food contains many carcinogens, processed meats, and flavor-enhancing chemicals.

Refined cereals.
Whole grains contain fiber and vitamins. Therefore, unrefined cereals should be in your diet regularly. But, after processing it, all these properties disappear, and you get a product that contains fast carbohydrates. They provoke an increase in insulin in your blood and the appearance of extra pounds.

Margarine.
It contains processed, cheap vegetable oils that contain trans fats. The use of margarine leads to disruption of the cardiovascular system.

Soda.
It is a high concentration of sugar, preservatives, and flavorings. All of these substances are chemical and toxic.

Sweets.
Typically, sweets contain sugar, margarine, refined butter, refined flour, and so on. They have a long shelf life, which indicates a poor composition. If you can’t live without desserts, you should prepare them at home with healthy foods. Even a little sugar won’t hurt you if all other foods are healthy.

Sauces.
As a rule, delicious sauces have a terrible composition. If you look at the composition, you will see half of the chemicals that you studied in school. Prepared sauces are the enemy of your health.
